If you have experience or interest in acting, creating scenery or props or creating costumes, we’d love to meet you. The newly formed HopeCity Creative Drama team is a multi-generational collaboration, open to all ages…even though the initial performance platform will be for HopeCity Kids on Sunday mornings
This interest meeting will take place both on May 6 (Main Office) and May 13 (Teaching Space) between services from 10:30-10:50. We will be casting vision for the creation of the HopeCity Creative Drama team.
The HopeCity Creative Drama Team will be lead by Tara Raczenski.
Tara Raczenski is a High Point resident who loves all things creative. She firmly believes that as Christians, whether we are expressing our art form, or raising our children, or leading our companies, or waiting on our tables, or teaching our classes, we ALL have access to that innovative God-Breath inside of us, empowering and compelling us not only towards excellence, but also to bring hope and healing to the world. Tara has been active in the theatre arts since childhood, and in the Triad since 2001, when she moved here with her husband. Seventeen years and three amazing kids later, Tara is still gratefully finding opportunities to work and serve as a freelance costumer, playwright, director, teacher, and performer. She also loves Jane Austen, a nice spot of BBC, and being part of the HopeCity family.
